Redmond Capital is a property investment and development company, established by William Redmond MSCS.

William Redmond
William is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) with an in depth experience of the international property investment and development markets.

William graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology (Bolton Street) with a degree in Property Economics. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor while working in DTZ Sherry FitzGerald (DTZ).

During his time in DTZ, William developed his expertise in the Irish investment and development property market. In addition he was active in the international investment property market on behalf of Sherry FitzGerald Capital and private clients.

After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in DTZ, William was approached by one of Irelands' longest established and most respected property consultants, Ganly Walters. As Head of Professional Services within Ganly Walters, William had responsibility for private, institutional and corporate clients. William joined the board of Ganly Walters' as an Associate Director, and further developed the firms professional services activities in Ireland and Europe thereafter.

After a successful tenure in Ganly Walters, William agreed to join IIB Bank to establish their structured property investment and development department. In this regard, he was very active in the UK and mainland Europe (specifically, Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg). Since his departure, William has enjoyed a successful relationship with IIB Bank as a consultant on all structured property investment matters.

Jody McGrath
Jody McGrath joined Redmond Capital in October 2005 to work with both direct clients and intermediary clients of Redmond Capital. Jody previously worked in Goodbody Stockbrokers as a Portfolio Manager evaluating and advising Private Clients on both equity and property investments.
 
Over the past 3 years he worked in the Private Banking Department in IIB Bank where he advised clients on a wide range of investments and was an integral part of placing the IIB property investments.

Redmond Capital was established in order to:

• Structure property investment and development opportunities in Ireland, UK, mainland Europe and North America on behalf of investors of varying wealth and risk profiles.
• Provide business to business international property consultancy. This will enable investment, financial, banking and accountancy firms etc. to provide a value added service to their client base.
• Provide equity / analysis / advice to parties that have identified a property based opportunity but require expertise / funds to realise the opportunity.
• Advise private, institutional and corporate clients who wish to develop their property portfolio strategies. Given the current market trend of investment outside Ireland and the UK, Redmond Capitals' experience on mainland Europe will benefit parties wishing to develop opportunities in these non-traditional market places.
